Welcome to the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) System 2026 of the Municipality of Lian, Batangas. By accessing, registering, or using this system, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the system.

The AIP System 2026 is developed to streamline the preparation, submission, monitoring, and evaluation of the Annual Investment Plans of the Municipality of Lian and its barangays. It serves as an official digital platform to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in the investment programming process.

Only authorized personnel from the Municipality of Lian and its respective offices and barangays may access and use the system. Each user is responsible for:

• Keeping their account credentials confidential.
• Ensuring the accuracy of information submitted.
• Using the system only for legitimate government purposes.

Unauthorized access, use, or modification of data is strictly prohibited and may result in administrative and legal actions.

The Municipality of Lian respects your right to privacy and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). All data collected, including office submissions and user information, will be used solely for official planning, budgeting, and monitoring purposes.

The Municipality ensures that:

• User data is stored securely.
• Access is limited to authorized personnel.
• No data shall be shared with third parties without proper authorization.

All information, reports, and materials uploaded or generated through this system are the property of the Municipality of Lian. Users acknowledge that data entered is part of the municipality's official records and may be subject to review, verification, or audit by authorized offices.

Users agree to:

All data submitted through the AIP System is subject to review and verification by the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) and other relevant departments. Incorrect or incomplete entries may be returned for correction or clarification.

The Municipality of Lian reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes.

The Municipality of Lian shall not be held responsible for:

• Misuse of the system by any user.
• Unauthorized access due to user negligence.
• Data inaccuracies submitted by offices or barangays.

Users shall bear full responsibility for the data they provide and actions taken using their accounts.
